Step 1: Communicate first

Most issues can be resolved by talking directly with the other party. Use in-app messaging to discuss the problem and try to find a solution.

Step 2: Contact support

If you can't resolve it directly, contact our support team. Provide details about the job, what went wrong, and any documentation (photos, messages).

Step 3: We investigate

Our team reviews all evidence and communicates with both parties. We aim to resolve disputes within 48-72 hours.

Possible outcomes

  • Full or partial refund to client
  • Payment released to worker
  • Rework arrangement
  • Mutual agreement between parties
Important: Always keep communication within the CrewLink app to ensure we have records for dispute resolution.
