By accessing or using CrewLink's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

CrewLink provides a platform connecting people who need help with tasks ("Clients") and people who can provide services ("Workers"). By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Treat other users with respect and professionalism
• Complete jobs and payments as agreed upon

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

All payments are processed securely through our platform. By using CrewLink:

• Clients agree to pay for services as quoted and accepted
• Workers agree to complete jobs as described and accept platform fees
• Payments are held in escrow until job completion
• Disputes will be handled according to our dispute resolution process

Jobs may be cancelled according to our cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may incur a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions.

You may not use CrewLink for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
• Posting false or misleading information
• Circumventing our payment system
• Scraping or collecting user data without permission

CrewLink is a platform that connects users but is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Workers. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform or services arranged through it.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
