Background checks are optional but recommended for workers. They cost $25, are one-time, and check criminal history, sex offender registries, and verify SSN. Workers with background checks get a badge on their profile.
Report it immediately through the app. Our Trust & Safety team reviews every report within 24 hours. We can issue refunds, remove users, and in serious cases, share information with law enforcement.
