Cancellation policies

Understanding our cancellation policy helps you plan ahead and avoid unexpected fees.

Client cancellations

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the job
  • Cancellation fee (typically 25%) if cancelled within 24 hours
  • If worker has already arrived, full payment may be required

Worker cancellations

Workers should cancel as early as possible to allow clients to find a replacement. Frequent cancellations may affect your account standing.

Mutual cancellations

If both parties agree to cancel, no fees apply. The hold on the client's payment method is released immediately.

Important: Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in account restrictions.
